Chef Duke Estimé is a nationally acclaimed, Michelin-trained Executive Chef, based in New Jersey. Born in Haiti and raised in Maplewood, he is the first Haitian-born chef featured at the James Beard House. He blends traditional culinary techniques with his Caribbean heritage, and the results are deliciously outstanding. Before opening his own venues, Estimé refined his craft at several elite Michelin-starred establishments in New York City, including The Mark Hotel, Jean-Georges, and Nobu.
This dinner promises to be unlike any other “Steakhouse” experience you have ever had.
